Hey Guys,
There’s nothing that keeps you smiling like a good outfit. When you wear something that is just fabulous you already know that you would get stares, you would get people showing you love, asking you where you got whatever it is that you are wearing, you would also be attractive -in other words when you walk into a place you know people would be comfortable around you just by the way you look.
This also has a bigger effect if you are wearing Ankara; as a millennial woman, maybe you are in diaspora, you feel a certain connection to a seeester who is wearing a dashiki, akosombo or Ankara fabric. It’s a connection to the motherland, to the culture to the beauty of the countries in Africa. And even if you are not in diaspora, wearing the fabric just makes you feel very proud, honoured and comfortable.

Yass! if these Ankara styles aren’t lit then I don’t know what is. The looks are quite simple, yet well thought out that you just want to see yourself in them. Which look is your favourite though? I’ve picked mine and it’s the piece worn by AFUA RIDA so tell me yours?
